We are hiring a US IT Recruiter (1+ year experience) to source talent for IT Infrastructure roles (DevOps, Cloud, Systems, Networking) working specifically through Implementation Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full recruitment lifecycle for US IT Infrastructure roles on C2C, W2, and 1099.
Connect with Implementation Partners / Sub-vendors to pipeline qualified candidates.
Source talent via Dice, LinkedIn, TechFetch, Monster, and Boolean searches.
Screen candidates on technical fit, US work status (USC, GC, H1B, EAD), and pay rates.
Negotiate rates, submit profiles, and manage end-to-end interview scheduling.
Requirements
1+ years in US IT Staffing with solid experience on Implementation Partner roles.
Proven hiring experience for Infrastructure profiles (AWS, Azure, DevOps, Network/Sys Admin).
Robust knowledge of US visas, tax terms (C2C/W2), and rate negotiations.
Excellent communication skills and comfortable working US Night Shifts in Noida.
