Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT specialists for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across the United States. The recruiter should be familiar with various visa types, job portals, and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities - Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews.
Understand client requirements and identify qualified candidates within tight deadlines.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate pay rates and employment terms with candidates.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.




Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and documentation.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills - 1–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (USC, GC, H1B, TN, EAD, etc.).
Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Valuable understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
