As a Technical lead- .Net Fullstack, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement recent features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities
Build and enhance healthcare applications using core FS technologies .NET combined with Agentic AI capabilities.
Design and implement Agentic AI workflows leveraging LLMs, tools, and multi step reasoning.
Develop Human in the Loop (HiTL) mechanisms to validate, refine, and govern agent outputs.
Integrate agents with Enterprise APIs, databases, and Microservices.
Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) using vector databases and embeddings.
Apply agentic architecture and orchestration patterns such as React, role based agents.
Optimize AI assisted pipelines for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
Adhere to defined architecture, security, and coding standards.
Maintain 95%+ unit test coverage and produce required design artifacts.
Actively participate in Scrum rituals and deliver sprint commitments.

Educational Qualifications
Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
