We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tailor Master to join our boutique team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality tailoring, alterations, and custom garment services to our discerning clientele. This is a key position for maintaining our reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities
Execute exact alterations and tailoring on garments including suits, dresses, trousers, and specialized fabrics
Perform detailed fittings and consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Maintain high standards of workmanship, attention to detail, and finishing quality
Manage alteration timelines and ensure on-time delivery of completed garments
Create custom tailored garments from patterns and client specifications
Handle delicate and luxury fabrics with expert care
Maintain an organized work station and proper inventory of materials and tools
Troubleshoot complex tailoring challenges and recommend solutions to clients
Train and mentor junior tailors or apprentices as needed
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
