Responsibilities – Customer Relationship Executive (Stock Broking)Build and maintain solid client relationships. Handle client queries related to Demat, Trading, and investments. Assist with account opening and KYC documentation.
Provide support on stock market products and services. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Cross-sell investment products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, and Bonds. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance.
