Job Title: Strategy & Business Operations

Function: Corporate Strategy & Business Operations

Location: India - Pune/Bangalore/Hyderebad

Basic Requirement : Sales Analytics, MIS, PowerBI, Target, Revenue understanding, Business reviews, AI- understanding, Sales operations, pipeline management, analytics, SFDC, Excel & dashboards.

Purpose of the Role

Drive end-to-end strategy execution, revenue governance, and business performance tracking for Africa portfolios, enabling leadership with actionable insights and improving predictability and pipeline health.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Governance & SBE: Own weekly tracking, ensure data accuracy, track confirmed/probable numbers, and highlight variance vs targets.
Business Reviews: Lead fortnightly SBE reviews, drive insights on achievement %, revenue trajectory and risks.
Pipeline Analytics: Track pipeline movement, SFDC prospects,



and conversion trends; highlight actions.
Reporting & Dashboards: Build centralized dashboards and ensure a single source of truth for leadership.
CEO Office Reporting: Consolidate inputs across sales, service lines, HR, and alliances for monthly CEO reporting.
Strategy & Budgeting: Support annual planning, align targets with pipeline and execution.
SG&A; Governance: Manage PR/GRN processes on Oracle Fusion, ensuring compliance and timelines.
AI Enablement: Drive AI-led improvements in reporting, pipeline visibility, and sales efficiency.
