Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment.
Source candidates through Indeed, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Corporate Job Portals .
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate client interviews.
Verify work authorization (US Citizen, GC, EAD, etc.).
Negotiate pay rates and maintain candidate records in ATS.
Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
Robust sourcing and communication skills.
Knowledge of US staffing, employment types, and recruitment process.
Comfortable working in the US shift.
