We're Hiring | Yardi Residential Accountant (Affordable Housing) Location: Hathijan, Ahmedabad (Work from Office) MQO Solutions is looking for an experienced Yardi Residential Accountant with robust knowledge of Residential Property Management Accounting and Affordable Housing Accounting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager and a solid understanding of the complete Record-to-Report (R2R) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities -Perform Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger Reconciliations.
-Prepare and post Journal Entries (Accruals, Prepaids, Reclasses & Cash Basis).
-Manage Month-End and Year-End Close activities.
-Handle Accounts Payable (P2P), including invoice processing, vendor payments, and AP reconciliations.
-Support Accounts Receivable activities, tenant ledger reconciliations, and cash applications.
Prepare Financial Statements, Management Reports, and supporting schedules.
-Prepare Investor Reporting Packages, GPR (Gross Potential Rent) reports, occupancy reports, and budget vs. actual analysis.
-Perform Residential and Affordable Housing Project Accounting.
-Work extensively in Yardi Voyager, including Financial Reporting, Bank Reconciliations, Journal Entries, AP/AR processing, report generation, and month-end close.
Requirements -Minimum 2+ years of experience in Residential Property Management Accounting.
-Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager (Mandatory).
-Robust knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
-Experience in Affordable Housing Accounting is preferred.
-Strong analytical, reconciliation, and Excel skills.
