Job Title: UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our growing D2C team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing intuitive digital experiences for e-commerce websites, landing pages, and mobile-first interfaces. Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI-powered design tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and web applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and design systems using Figma.
Enhance user experience by conducting UX research and implementing best design practices.
Collaborate closely with developers, marketing, and product teams to deliver seamless user journeys.
Design responsive interfaces optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
Improve website conversion through user-centric design principles.
Utilize AI design tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Uizard, Galileo AI, or similar) to accelerate design workflows and generate creative concepts.
Maintain consistency in branding,



typography, color systems, and UI components.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design systems, and emerging AI technologies.

Required Skills:
2–4 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
Solid proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
Knowledge of prototyping, wireframing, and interactive design.
Experience working with AI-powered design tools.
Understanding of responsive design and usability principles.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
Robust attention to detail and excellent visual design skills.
Valuable communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Candidate:
Experience in a D2C or E-commerce company is mandatory.
Experience designing Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
Candidate should be based in Nagpur or willing to relocate immediately.

Note: Preffered candidate who can join can Join immedietly Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
