Key Responsibilities Drive vehicle finance business across the assigned state.

Lead and manage Sales and Collections teams to achieve business targets.

Develop and implement strategies to increase loan disbursements and portfolio growth.

Monitor collection efficiency, delinquency, and portfolio quality.

Build and maintain relationships with dealers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational processes.

Analyze business performance and prepare regular MIS reports.

Recruit, train, and mentor regional teams.

Robust experience in Vehicle Finance, Sales, and Collections.

Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.

Robust analytical and decision-making abilities.
