We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our Wall Panel business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing technical aspects, and ensuring commercial viability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Project Execution:
Manage end-to-end project execution for supply and installation of Wall Panels.
Coordinate with internal production sales teams, contractors, and Clients to ensure timely.
coordinate with plant team for material arrangement
Monitor execution quality installation and ensure compliance with product specifications and safety standards.
Site Management Installation:
Supervise installation activities at project sites and ensure adherence to approved drawings and installation procedures.
Guide and monitor contractors, subcontractors, and installation teams.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with technical standards.
Client Contractor Interaction:




Build robust relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and builders to promote Wall panels.
Address customer queries, post-sales issues, and ensure technical satisfaction.
Quality Assurance Safety:
Ensure all installation work complies with company quality standards and client requirements.
Conduct quality inspections and maintain execution checklists and reports.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and promote protected work practices at all project sites.
Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Documentation Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Maintain records of site activities, material consumption, inspection reports, and project documentation.
Support project handover by ensuring completion of snag lists and final documentation.
