Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and meeting organizational hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.




Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
Coordinate pre-employment documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Manage bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and campus recruitment drives.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and employment laws.
Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
Work towards achieving recruitment KPIs such as TAT, offer acceptance ratio, and joining ratio.
