Requirements
2 4 years of experience in US Recruitment with a robust understanding of the hiring lifecycle.
Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, and other job portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while meeting hiring deadlines.
Willingness to work in the Night Shift (US Shift) to support client recruitment needs.
