Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment trackers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience while helping meet the organization's hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview records.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinate offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.

Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.





Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring positions.

Publish job openings on job portals and company career pages.

Maintain recruitment MIS and generate periodic hiring reports.

Support campus hiring, walk-ins, job fairs, and recruitment drives as required.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Adhere to recruitment policies, processes, and turnaround timelines.
