Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT and Non IT Recruitment)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 3 TO 5 years of IT and NON IT recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles.
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
Screen profiles and conduct HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of IT and NON IT recruitment experience.
Robust sourcing and screening skills.
Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and Boolean Search.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Immediate Joiner preferred.
