Roles & Responsibilities:
Experience in US IT, Non- IT, Life Sciences, Construction & Property and Bulk Hiring, full lifecycle recruitment including searching, sourcing, screening / conducting telephonic interview, coordination and candidate engagement
Positive working experience of job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, Indeed, CareerBuilder etc.
Positive knowledge of various skills in the US Job Market tax terms, work authorizations, work types etc
Good in preparing and using search strings and techniques (Boolean, Xray searches etc.)
Valuable communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge of MS Office (like Word, Excel and Outlook)
Eye for detail with multi-tasking skills
Team player, proactive and energetic .
