Job Responsibilities

Manage and guide a team of telecallers.

Make outbound calls and explain company products/services to customers.

Monitor team performance and achieve daily/monthly targets.

Train and motivate team members to improve their calling performance.

Follow up with customers and maintain proper call records.

Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues.

Prepare daily/weekly team performance reports.

Ensure the team follows company policies and calling procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
