Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic queries.
Update customer information and call records accurately.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service.
Eligibility
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 02 years (Freshers can also apply)
Good verbal communication skills in Tamil; English is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Solid interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
