We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Student Counsellor to join our team in Thiruvalla. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of overseas education processes, and the ability to guide students in choosing the right study destination and academic program.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities.
Guide students through course, university, and country selection.
Assist students with the admission and application process.
Provide information about visa procedures and documentation.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain solid client relationships.




Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure a smooth application process.

Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience at any telecalling field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling and sales abilities.
Knowledge of international universities, admissions, and visa procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
