SeadNXT Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a agile and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospective clients, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a qualified approach, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
Introduce and explain the company's Robotics, AI, Coding, and STEM education programs.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule appointments and meetings with potential clients.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-up activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
3 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients over the phone.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Salary package will be based on the candidate's interview performance, communication skills, and relevant experience.
