We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecounselor to join our team. In this role, you will interact with prospective candidates and clients over the phone, understand their requirements, counsel them on our programs, and guide them toward making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding courses, programs, or services. Provide detailed counseling and guidance to help prospects select the right options. Resolve queries and doubts effectively to drive enrollment/conversions. Perform regular follow-ups with interested leads. Maintain accurate call logs and candidate records in the system. Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion goals.

Key Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any field. 0–3 years of experience in Telecounseling, Inside Sales, or Customer Support (Freshers welcome). Robust communication and active listening skills in Hindi and basic English. Customer-centric, polite, and persuasive approach.
