Salary: 26,000 - 38,000 CTC per month (Based on Interview & Experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our US Voice & Chat Process team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable handling customer interactions through voice calls and chat. Freshers with robust communication skills as well as experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat in a qualified manner.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Record and update customer information in the system accurately.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Robust customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
