Territory Sales Representative (TSR) to strengthen our presence across key metro markets. The candidate will manage the complete consumer sales journey while ensuring adherence to brand and compliance guidelines. The role involves driving Kitchen Dealer, Retail, project, builder, and society tie-up sales for Bosch, Siemens, and Gaggenau built-in appliances.

Key Responsibilities Identify, acquire, and retain customers through cold calling, field visits, and relationship building. Develop current business through builder tie-ups, society deals, and project opportunities. Execute territory-level sales plans and track sales performance. Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and support teams for project execution. Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects, potential clients, and market trends.

Business for the Area Build robust relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and end customers. Promote cross-selling and up-selling of additional products and premium solutions. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and identify sales opportunities. Maintain basic MIS and reporting using MS Office tools.

Qualifications &

Experience Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Proven experience in business development or sales within consumer durables or related industry. Robust knowledge of assigned territory and real estate developments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in home appliances industry is preferred.
