We are looking for a Tour Operations Manager to join our team in Delhi. You will manage daily tour operations, coordinate with hotels, drivers, guides, and vendors, ensure tours run smoothly, solve operational issues, and deliver an excellent guest experience. You'll also work with the sales team to improve tour packages and processes. Key Responsibilities

Manage daily tour operations and bookings.

Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and guides.

Ensure tours run smoothly and on schedule.

Handle guest queries and resolve issues.

Build and maintain vendor relationships.

Monitor costs and improve operational efficiency. Requirements

Experience in tour operations, travel, or hospitality.

Solid communication and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Positive knowledge of Golden Triangle destinations.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Willing to work weekends or holidays when needed.
