Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers in a qualified manner.
Promote the Company's products and services while identifying customer requirements.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads to maximize business prospects.
Respond to customer enquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate product or service information.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets within stipulated timelines.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
Adhere to Company policies, communication standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
