Job Responsibilities:
Contact registered candidates/customers and explain company services and paid packages.
Engage with potential customers and educate them about the advantages of the application.
Convince and encourage customers to opt for paid membership plans such as 3-month and 6-month packages.
Create awareness about the platform and its services.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Tamil language.
Robust convincing and influencing skills.
Basic knowledge of mobile applications.
Willingness to travel and work from office.




Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
Interest in Telemarketing/Sales process.

Qualification:
12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Renewals, or Retention process.

Age Criteria:
20 to 35 Years

Salary & Advantages:
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand Salary
PF + ESI + Attractive Incentives

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
