About the role

Join USI Talent Acquisition as a Canada Payroll Specialist with expertise in SAP, delivering accurate payroll processing and compliance.

Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Canada payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll regulations and tax laws.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and support audits.
Maintain and update payroll data within SAP to reflect changes in employee status or compensation.
Generate reports and documentation to support payroll activities and management requests.

Required skills and experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll processing with a focus on Canadian payroll.




Robust proficiency in SAP payroll modules and related HRIS systems.
Thorough understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and tax requirements.
Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and employees.

Nice to have
Experience with USI Talent Acquisition payroll processes or similar multinational settings.
Familiarity with payroll audit procedures and compliance frameworks.
