Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to assigned leads on a daily basis.
Generate fresh leads through cold calling and database follow-ups.
Maintain a consistent daily calling target.

KPI:
150–250 calls per day
50–70 meaningful conversations per day
20–30 qualified leads per week
Lead Qualification
Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
Identify genuine buyers and investors.
Update lead status accurately in the CRM.

KPI:
Lead qualification accuracy above 90%
CRM updated within the same day
Site Visit Coordination
Convince interested prospects to schedule project site visits.
Coordinate appointments with the sales team.
Follow up to ensure visit completion.

KPI:
10–20 site visits scheduled per month
High site visit attendance rate
Customer Follow-up
Regularly follow up with interested prospects.
Address customer queries professionally.
Re-engage inactive leads.

KPI:
100% follow-up on assigned leads
Reduced lead aging
CRM & Documentation
Maintain accurate customer records.
Record call outcomes and follow-up dates.
Prepare daily and weekly reports.

100% CRM compliance
Timely submission of reports




Sales Support
Assist the sales team in converting prospects.
Share customer feedback and market insights.
Coordinate with marketing for campaign-generated leads.

Build customer trust through prompt responses.
