Key Responsibilities:
Review and process cashless insurance (TPA) cases.
Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for pre-authorization, enhancement, and claim approvals.
Verify medical records and clinical documentation for insurance compliance.
Ensure timely submission of required documents and support claim settlement.
Coordinate with treating consultants, MRD, billing, and nursing departments.
Handle insurance-related queries from patients and TPAs.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and TPA guidelines.
Eligibility:
BAMS/BUMS/BHMS
Experience in TPA/Medical Insurance/Hospital Administration
Positive knowledge of medical documentation and insurance processes.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
