Job Title: Telemarketing Executive – PEB Sales Location: Pune Experience: Minimum 1 Year Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives- No bar for right candidate Job Responsibilities - Generate leads through outbound calls.
Introduce the company's Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) products and services to potential clients.
Identify customer requirements and qualify sales opportunities.
Schedule meetings for the sales team with prospective clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
Update customer information and call records in the CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Robust negotiation and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
