Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across the organisation.
Drive bulk hiring while ensuring quality standards and SLA adherence.
Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and staffing forecasts.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies across Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
Build and maintain talent pipelines; manage and mentor recruiter performance.
Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
Track recruitment metrics including Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Offer Acceptance Ratio, Joining Ratio, Offer Drop %, Source Effectiveness, and Cost per Hire.
Prepare hiring dashboards and reports for leadership; ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.




Coordinate closely with HR Operations on onboarding and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience
810 years of experience in Non-IT and bulk hiring.
Proven team management and people leadership experience.
Robust stakeholder management skills across business functions.
Hands-on expertise in Boolean sourcing techniques.
Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
Working knowledge of ATS/HRMS platforms.
Solid grasp of recruitment analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
