IT Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates for various roles using job portals, databases, and professional networks.
Handle end-to-end sourcing and screening of candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases, ensuring high-quality shortlisting.
Manage and monitor the usage of job portals by the team, optimizing search strings, filters, and posting methods for maximum visibility and candidate reach.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and evaluation to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability as per client requirements.
Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.
Act as a point of contact with clients

, understanding requirements clearly, sharing shortlisted profiles, scheduling interviews, and maintaining smooth communication.
Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters, providing guidance on sourcing techniques, screening methods, and portal handling.




Maintain daily/weekly trackers and reports on sourcing activities, submissions, interview schedules, and closures.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates for interview feedback, offer acceptance, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring and future client requirements.

Required Qualities / Skills:
Robust expertise in sourcing and screening across job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and qualified networks.
Proven ability to handle end-to-end recruitment cycle with focus on candidate quality and timely delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage candidates and client relationships effectively.
Good analytical and negotiation skills for evaluating candidates and managing offer discussions.
Team leadership qualities – ability to guide, mentor, and motivate recruiters to achieve team targets.
Solid follow-up skills with both candidates and clients to ensure smooth hiring process and closures.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple requirements simultaneously.
