Position: Talent Acquisition Associate/Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and support functions, ensuring timely closures against manpower plans.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
Track and improve recruitment KPIs, including Time to Hire, Quality of Hire, Cost per Hire, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, and other recruitment metrics.
Ensure accurate recruitment documentation and statutory compliance, including verification and maintenance of candidate records.
Coordinate seamless onboarding by managing pre-joining formalities, documentation, background verification, and induction.
Plan and execute campus hiring drives by collaborating with engineering colleges,



ITIs, and universities.
Prepare recruitment MIS, maintain hiring dashboards, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure an productive hiring process.

Preferred Experience
36 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or engineering organizations.
Solid exposure to plant hiring, recruitment analytics, onboarding, and campus recruitment.
Valuable communication, stakeholder management, and MS Excel skills.
