Key responsibilities - Design and implement advanced compensation strategies within Workday to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and productive compensation planning and execution.
Analyze compensation data to provide insights and support decision-making.
Manage configuration and integration of compensation modules within the Workday setting.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to compensation.

Required skills and experience - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in compensation design and management.




Solid proficiency in Workday compensation modules and configuration.
Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex compensation data.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR and finance.
Knowledge of compensation compliance standards and best practices. Nice to have - Experience with other Workday HCM modules or integrations.
Certification in Workday or compensation management.
Familiarity with advanced compensation modeling and analytics tools.
