Education:
Graduate, Freshers, Experience in Recruitment Industry
Have an experience in B2B sales, with preferably in HR Mandate aggregation business like Naukri, Indeed, Apna etc.
Be able to sell early on, on his/her own including database cold calling, do inside sales (sales closure on calling/virtually) or field sales etc. Call, meet and reach out in all possible manner, to prospective customers in the database and achieve sales targets
Ability to hunt, recruit and manage team for expansion of sales function when the time comes
Generate databases on his own efforts &/or from his/her own network to tap for the company product sales. Also, Enhance current prospect list by adding referrals to it. Referrals to be acquired from prospectsbeing called &/or clients acquired.
Revenue generation as per plans for the company, on his own efforts and with team, when team is hired
Report on both input activities and outcomes produced for self as well as team at agreed periodic frequency
Stretch the day and week to achieve Startup’s business revenue goals
Create a positive disposition among the prospects and clients to build goodwill for the company in the market. Regular engagement with the customer and Customer Success team to ensure revenue generation is happening
Work with Customer Success team to ensure timely and effective onbarding of the clients
Work with Marketing team to generate steady and quality supply of leads for the business
Generate references from the customers to do more sales
Maintain regular and healthy relationship with the clients to ensure their success through our company products as well as client retention and growth
Seek feedback from the clients (training institutes, job consultatns and employers) on our products and services for continuous improvement
Skills/Experience
Should have experience in B2B Sales
Should have positive communication skills
Should have experience in client handling
Candidates from the same industry would be preferred.
