Position: Team Leader

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1.5 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Education Counsellors.
Drive team performance to achieve admission and revenue targets.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities.
Handle escalated student queries and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with the admissions and visa processing teams.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance.
Ensure high-quality counselling and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
Minimum 1.5 years of Team Leader experience in an Overseas Education Consultancy.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Valuable knowledge of study abroad admissions and visa processes.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and lead by example.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
