:
Understand and maintain clarity of job profiles for all positions.
Source potential candidates using multiple channels (job portals, headhunting, social networks, referrals, etc.).
Screen and shortlist resumes to match job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare and extend compensation offers in line with company policy.
Issue offer letters to selected candidates.
Conduct pre-employment background verification.
Arrange travel reimbursement for interview candidates (if applicable).
Complete all pre-joining formalities as per company procedure.
Working Days :- Monday - Saturday (All Saturday half day) Job Location - Malad West
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
