Role Description The Telesales Executive role at Apnaaapan is a full time, in office position based in Jaipur. In this role, you will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote digital marketing services, explain offerings, and address inquiries. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into sales, while maintaining accurate records of calls and follow-ups.

The position includes handling basic customer support issues related to sales, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and meeting individual and team sales targets. You will also contribute to improving scripts,



call strategies, and customer engagement approaches based on feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent spoken English or Hindi and active listening abilities.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address queries, build trust, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Candidates should possess effective Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, pitch services, and close deals.

Candidates should demonstrate valuable telephone etiquette, persuasive speaking skills, and basic knowledge of digital marketing services.

Candidates should have the ability to work with call logs or CRM tools, follow structured processes, and meet performance targets.

Prior experience in telesales, call centers, or inside sales is preferred; a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field is beneficial.
