Role description

Storage & Backup Operations Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Storage & Backup Operations Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to support enterprise storage and backup settings.
The candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting storage and backup infrastructure, handling ServiceNow incidents, service requests, changes, and problem tickets while ensuring adherence to operational SLAs.
The role requires hands-on experience with NetApp, Pure Storage, Dell PowerStore/Unity, and Veeam Backup & Recovery technologies.
The ideal candidate should proactively identify operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
Experience in automating repetitive operational tasks using scripting or automation tools to improve team efficiency is highly desirable.
Solid communication skills, a customer-focused mindset,



and a positive attitude toward continuous learning and adopting current technologies are essential for success in this role.
