Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement of materials and services.
Raise Purchase Orders and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
Compare quotations and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
Manage inward and outward material movement.
Maintain stock records, inventory, and GRNs.
Ensure optimum inventory levels and timely material availability.
Coordinate with Project, Sales, and Accounts teams.
Conduct periodic stock verification and maintain accurate documentation.
Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation

Tally Prime/MS Excel
