Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation &
Management
Identify and generate prospective student leads through various channels, including online platforms, databases, referrals, and other outreach activities.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information, communication history, and follow-up details.
Ensure timely follow-up with all assigned leads to maximize conversion prospects.

Student Outreach &
Engagement
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about study abroad programs and services.
Schedule and coordinate student meetings via Microsoft Teams, phone, or in person, as required.
Share program brochures, emails, and WhatsApp communications to provide relevant information and updates.
Respond promptly to student queries, address concerns, and build robust relationships with students and their families.

Student Counseling &
Conversions
Guide prospective students by understanding their academic background, career goals, and study preferences.
Provide personalized recommendations on study destinations, courses, and career pathways.




Convert qualified leads into enrolled students by effectively communicating the value of the company's services and resolving objections.

Reporting &
Target Achievement
Meet monthly lead generation, counseling, and enrollment targets set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls, meetings, leads, follow-ups, and enrollments.
Monitor individual performance metrics and contribute to overall team goals.

Collaboration
Work closely with the Student Counsellors and Marketing team to ensure seamless lead handovers and an excellent student experience.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve lead quality and student acquisition strategies.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming discussions to enhance outreach efforts and conversion rates.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
