Job Title: Team Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Team Lead to manage and guide our sales and operations team. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team.
Assign, monitor, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Track team performance and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Monitor KPIs and ensure productivity goals are met.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Identify process improvements and implement efficient workflows.
Resolve team issues and provide guidance whenever required.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.




Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to improve performance.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of current team members.
Build a positive, high-performance work culture focused on accountability and growth.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good analytical and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.
Experience in sales team management is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
