Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
Handle and promptly respond to inquiries received through IndiaMART, the company website, email, and other digital platforms.
Convert IndiaMART leads into business opportunities through regular follow-ups.
Explain the company's products and services professionally to prospective customers.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/Excel reports.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure timely customer support.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi,



and Marathi.
Strong command of spoken and written English for customer interactions via phone and email.
Experience in handling IndiaMART inquiries and lead management is preferred.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Eligibility
Graduate or HSC with relevant telesales experience.
1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or IndiaMART lead handling preferred.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also apply.
