Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Post job openings and track candidate applications.
Maintain recruitment databases and reports.
Build talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
