Telecaller (Business Development)Job Responsibilities
Call potential clients and introduce our company's products/services.
Explain our business in a transparent and professional manner.
Identify interested customers and answer their basic questions.
Collect customer details such as name, company, contact number, email, and requirements.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
Update customer data in Microsoft Excel
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
Skills Required
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Ability to print, scan, and handle basic office documentation.
Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of understanding to grasp advertising and marketing concepts.
Positive attitude, confidence, and qualified telephone etiquette.
Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
