Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Provide information about MEDICINES, availability, and pricing.
Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
Follow up with clients on inquiries and ensure timely responses.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Executive:
Generate recent leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MEDICINES market and trends.
Build and maintain solid client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Excellent communication skills in English AND Hindi
Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
High level of patience and professionalism.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
