Full-cycle Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from screening of candidates to offer negotiation.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and craft job descriptions.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Act as a company ambassador, promoting organizational values and culture to prospective candidates.
Talent Pipeline:
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical positions.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and qualified networks.
Data and Analytics:
Utilize recruitment analytics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on key recruitment metrics.
Collaboration:
Develop robust relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their unique hiring needs and challenges.
Collaborate with HR Ops team to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of current hires
