Key Responsibilities – Telecaller (Sales)
Contact potential and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls.
Explain products, offers, and services to customers clearly.
Convert enquiries and leads into successful sales.
Follow up with customers to increase conversions and repeat business.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
Maintain customer details and update call records in Zoho/CRM.
Coordinate with the Sales team for order processing and customer follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience during every interaction
