Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right educational programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents

Salary
Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹29,000 per month (Salary + Performance Incentives)
Experienced Candidates: ₹15,000 – ₹39,000 per month (Salary + Performance Incentives)

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
Follow up with enquiries and convert them into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of student enquiries and admissions.
Explain course details, fees, placement assistance, and career prospects.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Participate in educational events, seminars,



and promotional activities when required.

Requirements
plus two or above
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in education counselling, sales, telecalling, customer service, or admissions is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred.
