We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, explaining our products or services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
Explain products and services clearly and answer customer questions.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Update customer information accurately in the CRM or database.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.




Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments when required.
Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.

Requirements
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and basic English (additional languages are an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Robust interpersonal and convincing skills.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
